Michelle graduated with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University with international study at University of New South Wales' Australian School of Business. Michelle's core studies included labor history, human resource management, labor and employment law, organizational behavior and organizational change management. Her research focused on the experience of underrepresented and underserved populations in the world of work: gender egalitarianism in succession planning, the social model of disability in global policies, equal employment opportunity in the international sphere and cross-cultural perspectives on work.
